New visual identity and website

BioInvent International (BINV:OMX) is a research-based pharmaceutical company developing innovative antibody drugs to target diseases with unmet clinical need. Its pipeline currently includes product candidates for the treatment of cancer, thrombosis and atherosclerosis.

College Hill has worked with BioInvent on its corporate PR for the past four years. With an in-depth knowledge of the company and its development, College Hill was chosen to create a new visual identity and website for BioInvent to reflect its maturing status as a biopharmaceutical company.

College Hill worked closely with BioInvent’s senior management to create and develop a new visual identity and website that reflected the Company’s proprietary products, CMO service offering, technology platform and partnering opportunities.

Objectives

  • Create a new website to position BioInvent as a mature biopharmaceutical company amongst its peers
  • Develop a new visual identity for BioInvent, to provide a visual platform which can be applied across all communications materials
  • Structure and copywrite the website to communicate BioInvent’s key messages, highlighting its maturing product pipeline and focus on R&D
  • Develop a new navigation structure to improve functionality and usability of the site, allowing quick access to key information

Our Approach

  • A discovery and briefing meeting was held with the client team, where the design direction, key messages and technical specifications for the website were explored and agreed
  • College Hill provided photo shoot art direction to ensure that imagery was consistent with the Company’s new identity
  • Restructure website navigation and write website copy to provide clear positioning and engage with all audiences including investment community
  • Build of powerful CMS system and integration of investor centre feeds including press release and reports feeds, share price information, charts and a subscription system
  • Set-up of search engine optimisation and website analytics to allow analysis and review of website performance
  • Maximise opportunity to promote the new website by designing and distributing an e-shot to announce the launch of the website to key contacts
  • College Hill provided design consultancy to ensure that the new visual identity was consistently applied across key printed material including the Company’s Annual Report

Results

The website not only projects a new and fresh visual identity for BioInvent, but also effectively positions the Company amongst its peers in antibody drug development. Key information is intuitively presented and easily accessible and the site has dynamic features such as a fully interactive investors section and rolling homepage imagery.

The visual identity established through the website project has been carried across other materials such as the Annual Report, conference stands, factsheets and advertising to establish a comprehensive and unified identity that can grow and evolve with the Company.

College Hill is currently developing a Swedish language version of the website.
