College Hill Starts New Year With Expansion Of Life Sciences Financial Communications Team

8th January 2010, London, Manchester, Munich, San Francisco, Boston: The Life Sciences team of international business communications consultancy, College Group, has extended and strengthened its Financial Communications offering with the appointment of senior consultants Melanie Toyne-Sewell and Rebecca Skye Dietrich.

Melanie Toyne-Sewell joins College Hill as Head of Financial Communications in the Life Sciences team from Hogarth Partnership where she was responsible for establishing and building its life sciences practice. Prior to this, Melanie was a Partner at Financial Dynamics and brings more than 12 years experience in financial and corporate communications for Life Science companies with extensive experience of capital market transactions and corporate issues facing the industry's various sectors. She is a qualified accountant and graduated in Biochemistry from Oxford University.

Rebecca Skye Dietrich joins as a Senior Consultant, specialising in financial communications. Previously with Buchanan's Healthcare team in London, Rebecca has also worked in corporate communications in the Australian market and prior to this, with investment bank, UBS Warburg in a marketing capacity. She brings strong industry experience in IPOs and secondary fundraising, and devising and implementing successful IR and FPR programs for public and private life science companies. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's in Commercial Law.

Toyne-Sewell will be based in the UK, dividing her time between the Company's London and Manchester offices; and Skye Dietrich will support and extend the team's offering in the U.S. from Boston, Massachusetts.

The new appointments come as the team welcome back two senior members from maternity leave; Partner, Katja Stout and Associate Partner, Lorna Cuddon who will both return to the Company's London base.
